Chef Shenazad Ousmand

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CHEF

A Sri Lankan-born Canadian chef and culinary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across fine dining, casual dining, luxury hospitality, retail food operations, and high-volume catering, including Bymark Restaurant, McEwan Fine Foods, and Diwan inside the Aga Khan Museum.
He leads Cleese Catering with a focus on restaurant-quality food, honest flavour, professional presentation, and dependable execution.

Katrina McLaren

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Also known as Kat, Katrina brings over a decade of customer service experience and a passion for hospitality. She has worked alongside Chef Shen for several years to help ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from inquiry to final confirmation.
